Reach the editorial team
The fastest way to reach ScanVersus is email: editor@scanversus.3d-journal.com. Marcus Hale reads this inbox directly — it goes to the person who writes the comparisons, not a general support queue.
What to send
- A spec or price correction. Include the article slug or title, the figure you think is wrong, and a link to the source you’re checking it against.
- A model request. If two scanners you’re deciding between don’t have a comparison yet, name both models and how you plan to use the scanner (3D printing, reverse engineering, inspection, art/heritage scanning).
- A manufacturer inquiry. Manufacturers are welcome to flag outdated specs or point to a newer official spec sheet. See the editorial policy for how ScanVersus handles vendor contact — comparisons are not paid placements and won’t be adjusted to favor a particular brand.
Response time
Corrections that affect a live price or spec are usually turned around within a few business days. Model-request suggestions get folded into the monthly content planning cycle rather than answered individually, since building a new comparison means sourcing specs and dated pricing for both scanners before it can run.
